I have booked with Green Motion twice now - never again. The only rental company to ask for proof of address document - drivers licence is not enough. Staff are surly and do not seem to care. Phone numbers are supplied - but do not work or are never answered. Never again.

Pickup was delayed by 1hr, counter staff not good at customer service. Rest was fine, best rates so far received.

The car had damage on it that was not recorded correctly so be careful when collecting the car. As always, check the car yourself thoroughly...

They give a car with demages which are not included in paper work . Must be very carefull.

I did not pick the car up as the counter staff did not know where the car was and expected it to take around 45mins to find and bring the car over to the airport.

Good value for money, good cars, staff demotivated and generally unhelpful. They usuallly don't pick up their phone.

The staff are friendly, but had to wait for quiet long. I am not disappointed this time as they offered me a free upgrade. Probably my booked car category was not available..

Email confirmation specifically said in terminal for collection as I was not flying in I was dropped at car rental and walked to terminal called the number to be told I need to go back up to car rental it would have been helpful if this was mentioned on the email. The only other thing was a deposit was taken from my credit card held until I returned the car but not refunded immediately (drop off out of hours) until I phoned the office as I am now out of the uk this has cost extra time and money

The car was excellent, Helen helped me on arrival in the Pick up office as I did not understand the details correctly and went straight to the pick up. I was very pleased with the service and staff. I only had one problem with the vehicle regarding the rear hatch, apparently it had jammed so wouldn't open and also could not lock the car.

I would use this service again.

We waited 25mins at the airport to be collected which is a little longer than expected, the office seemed under staffed as staff were running around dealing with lots of customers at once. There was hardly any petrol in the car in collection, just one bar, it would have been helpful if it was full and we could return full.

Would have liked proof my £1,500 deposit would be returned to my credit card and it should be returned instantly, it was taken instantly!

Car (Peugeot 3008) was excellent and really nicely spec'd. Counter staff at pick up were not overly friendly and at pickup noon existent and i had top seek them out. They didn't even inspect car out give me my return paperwork to sign.

I returned the car and when I received the returns statement Europcar stated that the luggage cover was missing. However, the car is never came with a luggage cover. Not happy at all.

Good customer service and smooth booking. I contacted online chat to discuss the false claim of not returning the car with the luggage cover. Customer service assistant was very helpful and will contact Europcar to ask for the final invoice.

Booked car was not ready when we arrived. Got an upgrade after 1 hour.

It was a pleasure to have a car rented from the Easirent. Would definitely recommend the company whoever wishes to rent or use their service.
