Great attitude. Very fast service.

The staff who assisted us were very professional, patient, and efficient. When returning the car, we couldn't fully refuel for some reason, but after showing the fuel receipt, the staff agreed to fully refund the deposit.

Perfect : service, car condition, pick-up, drop-off ! But just an observation : We had another model of car. Peugeot 208 had been replace by Dacia Sandero. It was great but it had a small motor.

Very good, the documentation was clear, and there were no additional charges during the trip. Except for a parking ticket, everything was fine.

Very satisfied! The car rental company's reception was very professional and well-organized!

Very nice and kind people

Europcar gave us a smaller car than we ordered which was not a problem - what was a problem was that the car was covered in scratches and marks, most of which were not on the contract - when I pointed this out the service person just said to take some photos- this was not satisfactory but we were short of time so ADIS just that - I’m addition the car was not cleaned outside or inside - it looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned properly for ages - and finally when we returned the car back to europcar Strasbourg the person there didn’t check anything saying only that it was all ok - but I now have an extra new charge on my credit card which is unexplained- it has effectively doubled the cost of the car that I paid for through EasyRentCars- I tried ringing europcar in Strasbourg but they didn’t answer so I went to their head office who advised that they needed to see bank statements and details of my complaint- I have sent them an email with these details but they will only respond within 7 business days - I find this as just a delaying tactic - I will never use europcar again as they have a reputation for this kind of post return charging - I should have paid attention to the “reviews” on europcar Strasbourg

They provided a very large car, which made it difficult to drive through the narrow streets in France

No peugeot 3008 so i pay more for other vehicle

Everything was great.

The rental and return processes were quite smooth. The car provided was okay. However, when I arrived, I found out that the car I booked (BMW) was not available and I was given a cheaper one instead.
