Like: Friendly staff, wick service and even am unexpected car upgrade!
Dislike: only having it for one day

Good

I bought full insurance through Zuzuche, but the rental counter didn't recognize it and insisted I buy their insurance again, otherwise they demanded a high deposit.

During pickup, they were very insistent on selling insurance. I had to refuse multiple times.

High quality

The distance from the airport was unclear, and there were no clear instructions on where to wait for the shuttle. After making numerous calls to customer service, I finally found out where to wait, but the shuttle took a long time to arrive. At the rental office, there was only one person working, who was overwhelmed and it took a long time to get the car. When I wanted to return the car a day early, I called the local office during business hours but no one was available. They told me to wait for twenty minutes, but I waited for an entire hour with no contact. I eventually had to call customer service again to get in touch. Such a waste of time!!!!

The store first asks if you want to upgrade your insurance, then mentions you need an electronic ETC for toll roads, costing 60 AUD per day. It took quite some time to finally get the car. Basically, they just want you to pay extra.

We were picked up by a car as soon as we arrived at the airport!

Like: The pickup came within minutes. The whole process of renting the vehicle is easy and fast. Within 10mins and iam driving out of the rental centre with the car. Very friendly and helpful staffs. No hardselling. 100% recommended!
Dislike: Nil! It was a good experience and fast process.

The phone customer service was good, but the voice quality was not very clear. There's a gas station nearby for refueling.

Overall satisfaction

The Corolla in Australia is bigger and has a higher trunk compared to the same model in China.

Like: Extremely efficient and professional. Highly recommend. Very fast shuttle to and from airport

The counter service was slow and the staff's attitude was just okay, but overall it was acceptable.

The lady at reception was very nice. When returning the car, she asked if I had a receipt from the last refuel. In my hurry, I thought I didn't keep it, so I showed her a photo of the fuel gauge. She immediately reassured me that it's fine without it.

Like: Quick and Easy. Fabulous staff and very friendly.
Dislike: Car was a little underpowered and no reversing camera.

Queues are inevitable sometimes

Like: It was the first time travelling to Aus with my wife and children,you expect the wheels to fall off at any stage,it all went great.
Dislike: After landing I had a number to call Reddy Shuttles to deliver us to our car pickup,the guy who answered was not helpful at all,I was later to find out they are just in front of where we picked up the rental,why did he refuse to pick us up?

Like: The were very kind and looked after us. It was also so quick to pick up and drop off
