Picking up the car from the parking lot on the first floor was easy, but returning it was difficult! When returning the car, the GPS only guided us to the second-floor parking lot, and we couldn't navigate to the first-floor return point (which was also the pickup point). We ended up walking to the office on the first floor (accessible by stairs on foot, but not by car), even running to the airport counter seeking help, but were refused everywhere due to busyness. In particular, the people at the first-floor office, who were just a few steps away from our temporarily parked car on the second floor, refused to come over and guide us. Our flight was about to depart, so we had no choice but to leave it on the second floor. In the end, we were charged a 48 Euro parking fee...

Over 40 minutes to collect car.
Insurance that was pre-purchased we were told was invalid so had to pay again.
Card machine would not accept 2 x business credit cards for this payment so had to use personal debit card.
We have attempted to get a refund for the initial pre-purchased insurance but have been told on numerous occasions that the booking cannot be found.

Arrived 25 mins early and after processing our documents, we were told to go to the back of a very large queue because we were too early! This was worrying because we then watched another party get told their contract was cancelled because their 30 minute “hold” time was exceeded.
In the end all went well and the overall service for us, was good.

Il noleggio è andato abbastanza bene, mi è capitato un inconveniente per cui sono stato costretto a contattare l'assistenza stradale e cambiare l'auto. Successivamente ho dovuto prendere un taxi per arrivare in aereoporto a Verona per poter prendere un altro mezzo, mi è stato detto che la corsa mi sarebbe stata rimborsata ma questo non è accaduto mai.

The staff in Bologna had a very bad attitude. I just took the keys and went to the parking lot and found that the tire pressure indicator was abnormal. I told the staff that we needed to change the car or fix the tire. The attitude was very bad and they would not change or repair the tire. They left directly. In the end, we spent 19 euros to repair the tire, and there was indeed a leak.

The pickup point n Bologna airport was difficult to locate. The staff at the pickup desk disputed that my booking included the one-way fee even though the contract clearly stated it did. They tried to charge me an additional one-way fee. This held up the booking by 30 mins.
It was fine, but they aggressively upsell insurance. Also, there was no Adblue, and they didn't mention it. I had to pay for it myself and then go through the reimbursement process.
