Does a discount car mean a dilapidated car? Does buying a discounted phone mean buying an old phone? What kind of reasoning is this? An old model is acceptable, but not one that's in terrible condition, with a weak engine and no rearview camera. What era is this car from? Can you really rent this to customers? I will never rent from you again to avoid any impact on my trip!
Very happy with the experience. When abroad, you can use the internet for free calls to customer service. They resolve issues efficiently and call back to provide feedback on the resolution, followed by an email. Highly recommended.
The car appeared very old and worn out. It's unacceptable to rent out a 10-year-old car. It didn't feel safe on the highway and the air conditioning was inadequate.
