DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!! Definitely NOT OK rentacars . On arrival had a choice of paying another 280 euros which I would not see back for scratch guarantee or pay 1200 euro deposit which they would the subtract back any costs of any damage. Definitely did not trust this so elected for the flat 280 euros. Nobody came out to check over the car (scratches, damage) before we drove off. Was led to believe that there would be no extra cost. The car provided had an intermittent steering pump failure - tried calling their offices with no reply.

This was the worst car hire experience of my life. Dreadful service and enforced extras tripled the cost.

Très bien, seul point d'amelioration : difficulté pour trouver la navette Wiber à l'aéroport.

Misleading and threatening insurance upsell

Une honte, assurance obligatoire NON ÉCRITES dans le contrat ! Au final 240€ a rajouter ! Des voleurs !!

Les +: Personnel très serviable, un grand merci à la personne sénégalaise qui nous a reçu, très aimable et à compenser largement les points négatifs plus bas Voiture propre Prix très compétitif Retour de la voiture très simple Les -: La voiture n'est pas récupérée au parking de l'aéroport mais à 15min en navette. Il faut attendre cette navette et le lieu n'est pas très clair, il faut simposer sinon il faut attendre pas mal de temps avant de monter Temps d'attente conséquent pour récupérer la voiture, peut être dû au fait que c'était en début d'après-midi

It's same Goldcar scam but under Rhodium brand. They lie to you to make you buy additional insurance. The pickup location was described bad, I needed to find it on my own. I just got fuel refund which is missing 25 euros (I refuelled to 100% 10 minutes before dropping of the car), time to start getting back my money

Similar car was a suitable replacement. Great fast service and good transport pickup and drop off from the airport. Highly recommended.

空港からのシャトルバスを見つけるのにわかりにくく、手間取りました。 また、事務所に着きシャトルを降ろされ、受付では混乱状態で、他のお客さん達でごった返していました。 何処でどのように待てばいいのか、案内がわかりにくく、皆さん困惑していました。 スタッフの要領が悪いのか3時間以上待たされました。唯一、トイレがあったことは助かりました。私達に対応してくれたスタッフは、明るく、とても感じが良かったしスムーズに手続が終わりました(10分程)。 結局ホテルに着いたときには、食事の時間は終わっていて、レセプトの方の計らいで夜食にありつけたものの、10分で食堂は閉まってしまうという慌ただしい事になってしまいました。

Véhicule en bon état et fonctionnel. Le personnel a prélevé des frais dont certains déjà payé et n'a pas été arrangeant avec mes parents qui ne maîtrisent pas totalement l'espagnol.

This company are very dishonest. I had a bad experience with them and they Lied to me and others at the counter to make people pay extra for insurance that i did not need. The also made charges to me that were not agreed and i have been trying to contact them but they don't answer. I have emailed their customer services, and they do not answer. I have told my bank to try and recover the money. YOU SHOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY. CHECK TRIPADVISOR FOR REVIEWS ON OK RENT A CAR

The girl on the counter in Mallorca was absolutely unfriendly, was chewing gum while she was talking, told me that my credit card isnt working, so that i am broke and have no money. it was just a problem with my bank. she threw the credit card on the counter in front of all other people.

WE checked the car when we rented it. When we returned it they told us that we had damaged the inside of the door. We said we had not. When the OK rental man came to check the car the first thing he did was open a door and say the inside was damaged. It was as if he knew where to look. He did not check any other door. This could not have happened when we had as as we drove straight from the airport to our friends Finca which has high fences and an electric gate. The car did not move the whole time. It cost 17 euros to fill the car up. They have not refunded the 1200 euros excess nor the 200 euros for the fuel. We have contacted out credit card company to dispute the charge. This ifs obviously an insurance scam by the company. We will fight this.

It was very easy to book. I will never book with OK rentals again. The pick up was ridiculous as we waited over an hour to collect our car and then were accused of damaging it.

Car was knocked about with 32k kilometers but did the job.

They were nice but a little pushy about getting additional insurance coverage for "scratches" (even though I had bought complete coverage through AXA/ Easy Rent) but then our car (despite being in good overall condition) had scratches all over it. Made us a little paranoid and also made us wonder what they were doing with the $300 per scratch they claimed to collect if they weren't actually fixing the scratches?
