Long waiting line, assistant at the counter attempted to sell additional services by simply not telling the truth about contract terms (she called one of the additional services a "local tax").

Perfect customer service, eager to help at any given moment.

Fairly lengthy delay on pick-up, car ok but a lot of minor scuffs and scratches. Drop-off fine with no delays.

Booking process was ok, problem with no info on airport bus pick-up, this was resolved fairly quickly by email.

Prepare to wait a LONG time to pick up your car, and for there to be no signs at the airport to get you to the bus.

Long wait to collect car. I booked out of hours as said office was shut but was open but still had to pay a extra €40 to cover out of hours.

Easy to book and the auto rebooking feature saved me some money too. Booked agin for next family trip.

Pesima atención al cliente, personal totalmente desmotivado y sin ganas de trabajar. La simpatía brilla por su ausencia entre sus trabajadores. No lo recomiendo para nada. Y aún no me han devuelto la fianza que supuestamente devolvian el mismo día de la entrega del vehículo.

2 hour wait to get the car

Collecting the vehicle was very slow,with kids in our party we opted to pay €50 euro for fast track because of the que in front of us,only 3 people behind the counter is not enough for the size of ques

I didn't feel like I was being an object to scam on fees for damages I didn't do. Returning the car was easy and fast even I didn't have any insurance (I bought external excess insurance). The same for picking up the car.

I arrived earlier, but due to the volume of customers could not pick up a car. Even I put a note that early arrival is very possible I still had to wait for almost 3 hrs. To pick up a car 30 min before the booked time I had to take a bigger car and got charged more than I planned. Otherwise, it is a busy place and the staff did their job but I did not feel that they wanted to make an extra step to help. The windshield was dirty, the car itself was clean but it is a minor issue.

The queue was not too long, only one counter. The staff kept pushing insurance. When asked if it was the model we reserved, they acted like they didn't understand, and we ended up with a BMW 1 Series instead of a Mini Countryman. The car was heavily scratched all around.

The worst car rental experience I have ever had. An absurdly disorganized pick up that took close to an hour. Then the woman at the front desk insisted I pay a refuelling fee of €23, even though I said I would refill the tank before returning! She said, "if you don't like it, rent somewhere else". I will never deal with Goldcar again, I don't know how they are still in business.

I didn’t hire the car as they wouldn’t hire the car to me at the price I had hired it on easyrentcars (c £30). They said the insurance provided by easyrentcars was insufficient and wanted to charge me over €300. This is the second terrible experience I’ve had between easyrentcars and the rental company in one summer. I had to go and rent a car away from easyrentcars as the service simply did not work.
