Overall good, but when we arrived at the rental store, they told us they had no automatic cars left and switched us to a manual. Barcelona is full of hills, and we originally chose an automatic to make it easier. As a result, we had to start on hills all the time... My foot got sore...

In the future, I probably won't choose Zuzuche for car rentals abroad. They sell insurance from Chinese insurance companies, which means if an accident happens, you have to handle it and pay for it yourself first, then claim compensation after you return to China. (And even then, there's no guarantee you'll get compensated! Who trusts Chinese insurance companies anyway?) Driving throughout this trip was really nerve-wracking!

Never rent from OK Rent a Car! This company knows all the flaws of their rented cars, but they gamble on you not spotting the subtle damages. After you return the car and leave, they email you saying they've found scratches! When I said I would come back immediately, they said they wouldn't charge for a tiny rust spot on the wheel. It's really disgusting! Make sure to buy comprehensive insurance. European rental companies will try to find ways to charge you extra.

There was a minor issue this time. Normally, they upgrade the car for free if none are available, but this time a male front desk attendant, who didn’t look European or American, first tried to force me to buy insurance. When I refused, he said they didn’t have smaller cars and I would need to pay for an upgrade. The next day, I went back to the store and the manager confirmed the upgrade would be free. Their cars are usually good, and their service is typically fine. It seems like this staff member wasn't very knowledgeable. This time the refund was slow; it's been five days since I returned the car and still no refund.

Returning the car was smooth, and the staff were very friendly - definitely worth a five-star rating. However, I wouldn't even give one star for the pickup experience. The staff relentlessly tried to sell us insurance, even though we had already purchased the most comprehensive insurance through the rental platform. Once they realized we weren't buying their insurance, their attitude changed dramatically for the worse. They delayed us significantly, especially the person who attended to us. Absolutely disgraceful behavior.
