British people are generally very contract-oriented. It's hard to make changes to your order at the last minute, so you have to compromise. What you book initially is what you get! They often try to overcharge or sell you something extra, but if you stick to your original order, they have nothing to say.

Long wait time for car pickup

Very dissatisfied, a company that specializes in scamming money!

We booked a car for 7 people, but when we arrived, they told us the car was broken and couldn't be given to us. They offered a refund and suggested we rent from another company, but they wouldn't cover our taxi fare. We said it wasn't our fault, and they immediately got rude, saying they could only refund us. How are we supposed to cancel all our plans? Then they offered two small cars but said we had to wait an hour for them to be delivered. It took several hours before we finally got a car. What a terrible company.

The store was a bit difficult to find because the sign at the entrance wasn't labeled as ALAMO. The phone number was also unreachable. However, the service was great once I found the location.

Few people, the staff were very patient and did not try to sell us anything. They provided a detailed explanation and demonstration of the vehicle.

Deliberately downgraded car models, discrimination

The front desk staff were quite professional and offered various solutions. However, the company should reflect on why they couldn't provide the confirmed vehicle. I seriously doubt Zuzuche’s control over the car rental companies.

Hope for clear pricing. Knowing that Hertz is expensive is acceptable if the order shows the high price. Don't charge three times the order price when picking up the car at the store!!!

The location is very convenient, right next to York train station.

No one accompanied me to inspect or receive the car. The vehicle had damage that wasn't indicated before the handover.

Rented a Mercedes C-Class but it was replaced by an Opel with a slight reduction in cost. Driving experience was different, but everything went smoothly.

Kept asking for the rental contract, but still haven't received it. They said they would email it, but haven't.
