THE STAFF LACKED TRAINING IN ALL ASPECTS OF AUTO RENTAL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT WAS OBVIOUS THEY HATED THEIR JOBS AND CUSTOMERS.

Maybe tell people they need to take multiple shuttles to get to the damn place. Or send the shuttle straight to the airport.

Routes will charge you less during booking but will recoup their charges by having to book a mandatory liability insurance. When other rental companies will include all necessity mandatory requirement all inclusive during booking.

The waiting time was too long. The pickup location is farther from the airport compared to other rental companies.

There was a communication issue; we waited a long time to pick up the car because there was no one at the counter initially.

Car safety like collision sensor needs servicing as indicated in the dashboard otherwise its excellent experience and driving performance.

Staff are easy to deal with.

Horrible service at main counter closed at 10:00, the ONLY one, manager waved me upstairs to the cold outside waiting counter with ONLY 1 agent. I waited over 1:20 to get my car. 8 people waiting behind me. The manager from downstairs came up and saw the horrible situation with a very slow and incompetent agent and promptly left and went to her car and drove off with 9 people standing there in the awful damp cold. Agent had to leave each time someone received a car to go check for scratches. Unbelievable as I rent cars often, but never again from you.

Car was about what I expected. Difficult to find place. They will put a 400$ hold on a 20$ rental on your credit card, simply bc they are a smaller company. It would be nice to know ahead of time bc they return it in “3-5” business days. It’s been 3 and I don’t have it back, which makes me nervous. In hindsight, would rent from bigger companies in the future - less hassle.

There were no SUVs even though I had paid a deposit for an SUV; they were telling everyone who was picking up their car that "only minivans" are available. The staff was beyond rude and completely unsympathetic, with a "take it or leave it" attitude. The AVR facility was nowhere near the airport and we had to take two shuttles to get to that facility from Midway. I will never rent from AVR again.

the vehicle though a 2019 made some noise. Other than that it was ok

the car was almost new and was just out of the car wash. The attendant found a damaged antenna that we did not see and pointed it out. Efficient and professional service.

Everything was fantastic except for the fact we had to wait in line 45 minutes at the counter to sign the contract for the car. A second rep came out to help the line and the first rep disappeared soon after!

Three people including myself were all told the car they rented wasn't available and were given larger gas guzzlers or told after waiting an hour that they could return to the airport and find another service. It is not a shuttle away from the airport, but multiple shuttles away which is deceiving and complete BS.

The staff was terrible. Only two people and their focus was on the phone, not the people in front of them.

You need to let people know that there are conditions for the rental of cars. Routes does not allow locals to rent cars from that location. Had to prove that the driver flew in using their flight reservation. Had I been a local this would have been a BIG problem.

Very bad! The car I pick up the fuel are not full and I needed to return as the fuel I pick up. But no one can fill the fuel as you needed but only full fuel. So the only way you do is only fuel up more. So they can earn such money. I hate ROUTES.
