Great value but not the vehicle I had reserved.

Car was great, fast service, but the customer service at the pickup lacked friendliness and warmth. Appreciate not being upsold.

This location seems totally unprofessional and unorganized. There are cars everywhere. It also is an airport parking location for paid customers. Be prepared to spend some time here and also unlike the other major car rentals, this drop off requires you to stand in the line again to return a vehicle.

Like: The experience from Routes was overall good and a good value. We def enjoyed popping the top on our Wrangler rental.

Like: Didn't have to wait too long for the ride at the airport. The staff was very proficient and did not upsell anything. I had a great experience. Will choose them again.

Like: Had a great trip, we had a Wrangler, super comfy ride, enjoyed travelling From Chicago and Indiana and back. We had so much fun!
Dislike: I have no complaints, everything worked as I expected.
