Terrible customer service, Never had such experience with renting car. Definitely will never rent with pay less. Will never recommend to anyone. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience. They just need money and doesn’t care about customers. I reserved my car weeks before my travel and they simply said we don’t have the car size you reserved and gave some small vehicle which was terrible for 7ppl to travel. Charged me the same price for a larger vehicle even though i got a smaller vehicle.
Just stay away from Payless. I would rate them negative if i could.

The car was in good condition, and the return process was quick! Only the front desk staff were annoying with their push to buy additional insurance, but I didn't buy any in the end!

When picking up the car, an elderly gentleman who attended to me charged me $426 (by card) for the rental. However, I was later overcharged an additional $806.64 (by card). I pointed out the overcharge of $806.64 at the time and requested a cancellation of this portion of the pre-authorization, but the extra charge has not yet been canceled. I hope your company can help negotiate this. The return process was exceptionally simple; the staff was efficient and provided good service. I will rent a car again next time.
