Enjoyed the Ride

Car was great, good on gas. Gas meter was not working correctly so they offered me an upgraded vehicle or free tank of gas. Very accommodating.

Easy to shop. Prices changed as I shopped around. That was not encouraging.

The staff at Dollar in Bentonville is great, friendly and efficient.

My first time with Easyrent. will continue to use on my travels.

The vehicle did not exceed my expectations because it was supposed to be a Rubicon. It took over a half hour to get the vehicle. The staff at Dollar was not very friendly. They just didn't seem like they cared too much about their job. The staff could have been more friendly. They could have gave me a choices on vehicles to rent. They could have went over the vehicle with me but they did not.

they were the worst, representative made us wait ti try to up sell us insurance, bigger cars and even went to talk to my wife making us wait another half hour

Like: The car, a Ford Fusion Hybrid, was an excellent, well-designed and maintained piece of equipment. Great car. Rate did not match the reservation rate (it was higher, due to "taxes and fees", but was quickly corrected, once I showed the printout and e-mail, which did include taxes and fees.
Dislike: That the rate was higher than was what was contracted for. Fortunately, I had printouts and e-mails to prove it.
