The Car worked out great for us. We were travelling with a lot of luggage and were able to use the trunk space effectively and seat three of us comfortably.

Overall no issues were encountered. Car Rental prices are through the roof currently and QEEQ finding this deal was very helpful.

The vehicle was not fit for rental, for the whole 500 mile journey the air bag alarm kept going off, very worrying when you past 2 fatal accidents. I reported this to Alamo / enterprise, but I’ve heard nothing back from them, which I find exceptionally bad.

Staff were brilliant and handled the corporate disaster of Budget very professionally. No car availability for three hours after getting off a ten hour flight. There had to be around fifty people just waiting around. Just awful, awful, awful.

Fine, booking is a little cludgy as they send you a confirmation email to e log into. But once your in it's OK.

Great service! Once you complete the paperwork, they tell you the parking spot number. You just go upstairs to the parking lot and drive away on your own. However, the waiting time is incredibly long! There are more people here than at other rental companies nearby. It seems to be because their system shows it as within walking distance from the airport, which it is not! All rental company counters are outside New Orleans Airport and require a shuttle bus to a unified rental building.

The Hertz lot was almost empty, we all had to wait for our cars while they were cleaned.

I found the add ins confusing

Had to use Hertz as Thrifty was shut. Got offered. Mini van at first which we refused. Then got given a Nissan Rigue.

All good. Would use again.

The vehicle was around 70-80% new, the brakes were relatively soft, and there were several stains on the paint.

I booked a small SUV but the car was much bigger (honda Pilot, 500 inches long, 8 seats), I still got along well even though I was worried at first because I am not used to such big cars. The car was superaccessorrized, with leather seats and lots of technology options and every comfort, much appreciated! The car was very clean except for the trunk which they may have forgotten to clean.
