I thought adding an additional driver would be a simple process but ended up getting quite complicated as one of the staff members didn't know what to do. It ended up being a simple note on the receipt to say the car was attached. Not sure what the issue actually was but took over 20 minutes to resolve. Bit of an inconvenience but would expect all staff to be able to deal with pretty simple issues.
Car was great and really like the idea that I get to choose my own car out of 7 or 8 options although no Jeep Patriot. We did get a brand new Ford Escape though so no complaints
