Europcar were as always amazing. Easy everything, and very funny and polite. Great customer service

I used the car for a day, and they inexplicably charged for insurance and claimed I caused 2000 yuan in damages. They deducted it directly from the deposit after I left. I am still tracking down the reason. At the time, they didn't provide any information.

We arrived close to 11 PM and 2 lovely staff members were still diligently working. They were organized and knew their responsibilities well. The parking lot was right near the rental center and a gentleman personally guided us there, which was much better than our experience in Amsterdam.

Because I purchased multiple insurances, the staff gave me a free upgrade.

The car was relatively new, and the service was quite good. Picking up and returning the car was convenient and quick.

I got the car from copenhagen airport which was not very far from the arrivals probably around 2km, with bags a bit difficult to walk so better to go and pick up the car first than to get the bags. Car was pretty clean inside out and only 30k km on the clock so very pleased for what i paid overall. Pretty easy to get through to customer service and vecause i lost my flight and i had to catch a new one which was after 23:00hrs they had someone waiting for me there to pick up the key. Very very pleased with them myself.

Two unexplained charges after the rental service ended. The first time there was a response, but the second charge happened more than six months after the rental ended and there is still no explanation.

Good attitude, quick pick-up and drop-off.

There was an elderly woman with white hair who had a very bad attitude. The credit card was fine, but the POS machine had issues and couldn't process the payment. I couldn't rent the car and didn't get my money back.

Arbitrarily charging customers extra fees. Rented for 1000, charged 5000. Choose carefully!

La voiture n'était pas du tout celle que nous avions réservée. Nous sommes passés d'un break à un Dacia Lodgy, sorte de monospace mais qui était en parfait état.

The van was the perfect size for our group. The only problem was that the transmission was not great especially first through third gear which made for some difficulties driving. Also, upon returning the van the agent said we had somehow driven minus 1,400 kilometers, which is obviously impossible so he said he was unable to check the vehicle in and as a result I have never received a receipt for the rental. I would appreciate an emailed itemized receipt for my records.

In all other rentals have good prices but in some station try to forced you to take theirs insurance price when you select super protection , and i think it’ s not good

Very good serve data to found good and suitable select for car and i really in last four year do not have a problem

The car rental company's service was okay, but they are not flexible with time calculations.
