The car wasn't completely cleaned inside, trash in the storage compartment between the front seats. The car was in need of an oil change and service as indicated on the dash each time the car was started.

The counter staff was particularly nice and took the time to explain all the instructions clearly. The car was really adapted to my needs.

We had to wait in a queue to pick up the car but the counter staff worked quickly and efficiently. Everything was perfect.

The pick-up and drop-off processes were very quick. The store added an extra 2150 yuan fee, which included an additional driver for 500 yuan, driver insurance for 450 yuan, and fees for exiting Denmark costing 300 yuan, along with a bridge toll of 900 yuan. Additionally, there was a 5050 yuan deposit, totaling 7200 yuan. Upon returning the car, they charged a 3000 yuan damage fee because the car's underbody protection rubber was scraped off by sharp metal in the parking lot. We needed roadside assistance from the insurance, and the rescue personnel ensured the car was safe to drive before making minor repairs on-site, allowing us to continue our trip without further issues. We appreciate this very much.

Je n'ai pas eu voiture que je voulais, et à l'accueil ils n'étaient pas arrangeant. Ensuite ils ont prélevé beaucoup trop d'argent et j'ai eu du mal à tout récupérer... Cela dit, la voiture fonctionnait bien et etait très propre.

The vehicle was perfect for our needs. The pickup was very long, and was glad I had my paperwork Easy Rent emailed. The counter person first said I had no reservation, then kept telling me I had no insurance, so I could prove it then kept trying to upgrade services. I had reserved a manual and she kept pushing for an automatic upgrade. I said no, both my husband and I were comfortable driving manual. Turns out they only had one vehicle and it was an automatic when we got in.

Booking was easy, great search features and vehicle descriptions.

Long wait to be served (Enterprise. Alamo and Europcar all shared same deck. They used a deli-style number ticket to manage the long queue. Service person mixed up my booking with someone with the same surname despite me asking him to double check - annoying and careless. Will use Hertz next time!

The car you reserve is never the one you get. I wanted an SUV, but ended up with a coupe, and it had lower specs. My car wasn't even listed in your model series.

Budget had cancelled the booking 2 days before my travel when the booking was done 3 months in advance and they did not bother to inform. I was left in hanging till the day before my travel and they did not even provide the alternate.

We are still waiting for a final statement, showing us, if any, additional charges, etc. When we arrived back at the drop-off, we were not given the final statement. I just assumed that this would be sent to us via e-mail. This still has not happened. We had a deposit put on the car, and also we paid for the toll across the Oresund Bridge between Denmark and Sweden. This is not a big deal, I would just like to see a copy indicating the final reckoning. Thank you.

Car was better than expected. Service was good. Didn't take a deposit from credit card. No hard sell of things we did not want. Did not give the impression that they were going to charge for non existent damage. Car hire was a long walk and a short bus drive from airport. Car was hard to find in car park.

Was straightforward.
