Very satisfied with the rented vehicle. The only requirement when returning the car was to refill the tank.

In Switzerland, AVIS and Budget share all services and have relatively competitive prices.

The staff had a great attitude. Our English is average, but they patiently explained all the important points to us. The car was in good condition. However, the time taken to freeze the money on my credit card was a bit long. They said it would take 1-2 working days, but it took longer. I hope they can improve on this.

Being late by 20 minutes and charged for an extra day is completely unreasonable

Not bad, both the car model and the service were good.

The staff's service attitude was excellent and very patient, thumbs up! However, when I picked up the car, I found the cleanliness of the vehicle to be quite poor, much worse than Sixt. There was a lot of dust around the windows, dirt in the central storage compartment, and a thick, curly hair stuck in the cigarette lighter. That was quite gross!

Hertz's service in Switzerland has always been good. The only downside was that the car window got smashed when parked on the street in Montreux the next day. When we drove to Lausanne to change cars, there was no equivalent model available, and no discount was explained at that time. We had to send an email after the fact to find out how much cheaper it would be. Additionally, in the rush to swap the car (with broken windows and glass everywhere inside), we didn't fill up the gas tank. We had only used a quarter of the gas, but they charged nearly a full tank when settling the bill, which was quite unreasonable given the circumstances.

Car rental price comparison is convenient, and notarization is not required.

Great service attitude. They provided a slightly larger car than what I originally booked. The car was new, with only 1500 miles, and was in excellent condition, equipped with GPS. It was a satisfying car rental experience.
