The car provided was exactly the same as the one booked, and the customer service during the car pick-up was excellent. The car had no issues throughout the journey. As Hertz was closed when I returned the car, I simply left the keys and the parking card in the dropbox.
Pick-up and drop-off were quick, within ten minutes. You can use a French driver's license. The price is much cheaper than the official website. We were lucky to get a free upgrade to an automatic car.
The waiting time in line was too long, and the service attitude was average!

3. The parking lot is quite far from the office and hard to locate. The pickup instructions posted by the office were inaccurate; we had to guess our way through and spent a long time finding it. 4. No proof or receipt is given when returning the car. Be sure to keep evidence like parking tickets, the parking location, and photos of the fuel level to avoid disputes later. 5. The return queue was long, and the actual return time is calculated based on when they receive the keys, which might lead to extra charges. Keep proof of when you arrived at the office.
