The pickup location is in the city, very convenient.

Alamo: Unlike other major companies that have counters in the arrival hall followed by car collection at the parking lot, we found out only through inquiry that their counter is directly in the parking lot. When we got to the parking lot, there were no signs for Alamo. After asking around, we finally discovered a small Alamo counter next to the enterprise sign. It turns out Alamo and National have been merged into Enterprise. There were a lot of people in line to pick up their cars, and only one attendant working slowly. It took us half an hour to get our turn. From the moment we got off the plane, car rental was the most inefficient part. We booked a Mercedes B, but were given a Toyota CH-R. They claimed it was in the same category. If they categorize it that way, what can we do?

At the Europcar reception desk, they refuse to give the prepaid car, because it was made from another office. I have to wait more than one hour without answer what happened. It was too inconvenient for me.

After an hour waiting, I decided to cancel my reservation. I made new qeeq reservation from sixt company.

Picked up the car at Brussels Airport, returned it at the South Station. Both locations are quite convenient. The staff during both pickup and drop-off were very friendly and efficient; the whole process took about twenty minutes. It's best to book early; we booked close to our departure date and the prices were much higher. Bought insurance on QEEQ; the store asked about it but did not push aggressively.

the woman who attended me told me that I just had to call if I wanted to rent the car more time. She checked my contract and told me that it would be at the same price per day. When I called for that, a man told me that the day price changes every day and that I had to pay up to 3 times more for the same vehicle.

The car was good but small to fit 3 luggages in the trunk. May be next time should let know that big luggages don't fit into the trunk. The rest was good and the car went through the Europe smoothly.

The platform is nice and price drop wad helpful. All the tips also helped with pick up the car.

Réservation très satisfaisante. Prix, propreté, service... Tout a été très bien. La voiture était en bon état et il a été facile de prendre possession et de la restituer. Aucun frais de surcharge suite à la restitution comme certaines compagnies... À conseiller.

Booked an SUV T Cross or similar and received a small hatchback. Don't consider this to be of similar size. Price was really good.
