Car was good, matched description. Check in process a little tedious, but quick and easy to walk to pick up the car from the arrivals lounge. We were charged for a full tank of fuel which was unexpected, since we booked on a Full to Full policy. They weren’t very thorough when checking the car over before handing it to us, and we felt rushed when we wanted to have a look ourselves - fortunately we persevered as we pointed out some quite substantial knocks that’d been missed by the company on our contract.

Easy booking, good price with comfort of the price drop guarantee, fantastic customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use EasyRentCars again, nor would I hesitate to recommend to my friends and family.

There is only one guy who is doing the whole business, pickup from / drop off to the airport, paperwork, car cleaning. So our flight has delayed and we couldn't find anyone at the airport as this only guy was busy with taxiing another customer. No phone number. It was painful to find someone who know them and get a phone number and tell them we are waiting for them to pickup. Dropoff at 08:30, no one is at the office. This only guy forgot to open the office, so we almost missed the flight. But the car was OK

The car we were given was brand new. Was lovely to drive and made our holiday even nicer

The car did not exceed expectations. I was expecting a Toyota Yaris or similar but on pickup was told I am getting a complimentary upgrade which turned out to be a Kia Rio. Not sure if thats an upgrade so not too impressed. Pick up and drop off very quick and efficient. Overall satisfied.

We hired our car through a company called Aercar. They were excellent.

The counter rep was pushy and lied to us about the costs we had to pay. We were totally dissatisfoed with this company and will not be using them again.

We had a compact car which unfortunately had a fault appear after a couple of days. Called the company and we had a replacement car within 30mins exce

The car broke down and the rent a car person came prepared for the issue even without me saying what it was, so it made me think they new the car had an issue already before handing it over to me.

Did charge me extra 100 euro , as said at the counter for petrol deposit. Did not return it in spite of me returning car with full tank. Did get old yaris instead of vw up!

The car was o.k. very clean. It was a little bit of waiting to get car because the desk wad busy. But the guy there was very nice and helpfull.

Overall, happy with car and service. Although we were left waiting at the airport upon our arrival for about 30 minutes because two planes arrived together and there was / is only 1 person to meet and greet to take you to the car collection point (which is about 4km from the airport). So we had to wait until a previous arrival had got their car, before the meet and greet could person could return and attend to us.

I ordered a luxury car and received a 5-year old junk. It wasn't an accidental issue. All cars at your dealership were old junks. How dare you cheat your customers in this way? Shame on you.

The car rental company does not have its own office like Avis and Budget. I had to ask a Black employee who spoke English to find out that several people with vehicle resources share a single office. It felt unprofessional, and it took over half an hour to enter some basic passport information. The location is also hard to find because there are no specific signs. I will post pictures; after exiting the airport, go to the farthest left parking lot, past the Avis and Budget signs.

Car was fine. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Only complaint really was that we ended up paying quite a lot more once we arrived than we thought we would.
