Easy to use and booking went smoothly.

Clearly Europcars were not happy to do this deal, as it was much cheaper than their standard rates. The car was booked for 10PM but we did not receive it until 12 midday. The rep at Europcars did say they would give us a free upgrade, because of the wait but this did not happen. The vehicle we had was fine though. The address given -green motion- gave no indication that it was europcars. and only by phoning directly was this established. Our hotel was right next door to the europcar depot.

The staff are very professional and kind. Everything was fast. The car was as expected, minor cosmetic scratches but beyond that it was perfect for my needs.

The booking platform is very convenient! I got a reduced price alert and save some money which was great. There are no "small latters" and everything was well explained.

In time of receiving car rental car representative of the rent-car company ask me additional 3 € per day for car with air conditioner I asked him what kind of car I receive - It is Kia -Picanto But Kia -Picanto must to be with air conditioner!!! (Which did not work) According to this they gave me a knowingly faulty car !!! I'm very disappointed !

It was very nice experience. And it was the first time when I rented a car. It is much easier than I thought.

Great site and I’d recommend it. Not sure about the window of booking though. Emphasis that I had to have the car back within an hour window even though it was only 16 hours of that final day.

All was very smooth. My only suggestion would be to put up a sign where the van picks you up from the airport as finding the pick up point is difficult with so many hire car firms working in the same area.

Platform works well and ensures transparent pricing between the different car hire companies.

You have to make clear to customers that they need to update the car rental company with the last status for the arrival time. They are very kind and they will be waiting you in front of the arrivals. But they have to know the flight and the time

There is no info on the voucher about the rental office location. Hopefully I had a mobile to use and to get in contact with them.

Absolutely shocking a rental car with over 45 000 miles a clutch that is held up with cable ties a steering wheel that you can feel it hit your feet every time you turn and they wanted to charge an extra 40 euro for picking up from europcar for that price ill get myself a car the size up besides for the fact I paid for a Mitsubishi colt and got a opel corsa which is in a different category (basically your renting from europecar but since you don't rent directly from them they give you the worst car)

Great platform

The experience from start to finish was excellent. Upon exiting the airport, someone was there holding a sign with my name to pick me up. They guided me to a spot where, after a short wait, the rental company’s staff arrived with the car I rented to drive me to their nearby office to complete the paperwork. They were friendly and helpful. After a thorough inspection of the car together, they also explained the basic functions of the vehicle, provided instructions for returning the vehicle, and even gave me a hand-crafted map of the return location and the nearest gas station. Overall, extremely satisfied.

No body wait to us in the airport until i called them..i paid for Honda civic or similar and what i got was far from being similar

This car was actually supplied by AERCAR. Honest and best supplier ever, rented my second time from them already

Pick up service took over an hour & nearer 2 hours, charged for petrol in case I didn’t bring it back full - they’ve now stopped doing this.
