I paid for VW Golf "or similar", but got a Skoda Fabia instead. Service counter insisted this is the same category. I did not had internet yet as I just landed from the flight, so I couldn't verify that. Later, after I checked it I understood I got downgraded. This is a fraud. My tip for others: check which Skoda is in your class before you go there, so they won't fraud and downgrade you like happened to me. The man on the counter was nice, but still in general being fraud made me really mad eventually.

Everything is good, no annoying stuff tried to sell you insurance and the car was almost brand new (1500miles only)

little staff. staff must personally go to the car from the office (from 1 to 4 floors) to issue a car. when we arrived at 9.45 in the morning the office door was closed.drop off a car on the 7th floor, there were no parking lots and staff, I had to go to the office on the 1st floor to the office.

мы брали машину в аэропорту. пункт выдачи был закрыт и не было никакого сообщения .на сколько времени и откроется ли вообще. ждать пришлось пол часа. потом все было быстро и просто. заплатили проверили получили ключи и поехали.

The counter staff were very helpful and offered me complimentary water too, which was nice

Front passenger side window went down by not back up. All other windows were fine so likely a broken window motor. The car only had 15k kms on it though. Called the Budget support line but got no real help. When returning the car, mentioned it to the guy at the desk was not at all interested and he literally said "what do you expect me do to about it".

I had insurance still they insisted on buying insurance at the desk, which was expensive. They said the insurance which I have got from easyrentcars.com is not easy to claim in case of any issue.

Terms and conditions of insurance should be more clear.

counter staff were complicated to deal with. the car group i ordered was not available and they only offered me a downgrade, or to pay for upgrade. no gps available to rent.
