We would to bring to your notice that the car's A/c was not working for the entire trip. We were a family of 7 with 2 small children who were very uncomfortable during the entire car journey. You will appreciate that the weather condition across Europe was very hot due to the heat wave. Also, the car had only two front windows which could be rolled down. As a result our 1,200 Kms. journey was extremely uncomfortable and our two small children were crying in the back seat as they were feeling suffocated. We were forced to break our journey multiple times as the children were feeling nausea due to the extreme heat and lack of ventilation. In my opinion this was a major health risk to our children

It was very easy to drop the car back and there was very hard ti pick it up...it took more than a hour for waiting in the queue and there was only one guy works, that looks like without patience at all...

All was ok, however I have not received my deposit back even after emailing. I expected it back immediately or at least the next working day, I will not be using again if it’s not returned by tomorrow.

the don't give same as i book and not even better was smaller we i say i book different car the stuff say the website of easyrentcars.com they always put pic of nice car to make you book from them but we don't have this car this was when we pick up but other guy when we drop it back was nice person also still not get back my Deposit he say whine 24 hours but upto today i still not get it back i have paper from them say i retain car was ok its already 7 days

I got a free upgrade to 9 seater instead of 7 seater. It was a nice experience to drive such a minibus.

Car was excelent. With big space and very comfortable. But I bought 27.8 litr of oil for ~300 km. It means that 10 l/km. I drove to Karlovy Vary and back: 2*130 = 260 km and about 20 km in Praha. I do not know, whether the car was not economical (although the car showed me on the screen about 6-7 l/km) or tank was not full. Please check the tank before rent.

Even though we said we purchased insurance through the rental company, they still insisted on charging our card. When we asked what amount was being charged, they wouldn't answer and just told us to press enter. We kept saying we didn't need it because we had completed everything through the rental site, but they insisted the transaction was already completed. Although they eventually tore up the signature slip, we're not sure if the charge was actually reversed.

I had got a compact car instead medial. I had got charged twice. You stole my maney.

Picked up the car at 9:00 AM and returned it at 9:00 AM with no wait. The counter staff recommended their full insurance as part of their duty, but did not insist when I declined. A hold of 18000 Kc was placed on my credit card as a damage deposit. If there are no issues with the car upon return during RIGHT CARS office hours, they cancel the hold immediately and close the case cleanly.

Great Service. Very impressed as the last experience with a competitor was terrible. No extra payments were sneakily requested at the counter. And the staff was nice and polite.

It was easy to rent on the website. The price was great and the what I paid online was exactly the hole amount I had to pay. No bad surprises afterward... I recommend to always take the best insurance to make sure you are all covered. Impressed and will book with them again.

C'était la première fois qu’on louait une voiture et ça ne sera pas la dernière. Très bonne expérience, super voiture, ce qu’il faut de place pour deux, petit format donc facile à garer partout.

Friendly and helpful staff. Office is located almost in few steps from the Palladium mall and metro station. We have been upgraded for the larger vehicle whic of course is nice but sometimes you wish to have a small car in Prague:)

Booking was fast and smooth especially with possibility to use coupons.
