“Rovaniemi - Kittila - Tromso - Lofoten Islands - Abisko - Rovaniemi. Saw the Northern Lights in Abis”
About GREEN MOTION:10.0/10
At a corner in the Rovaniemi train station waiting room, there is a sign with the company's name. We arrived half an hour early in the morning. In just 5 minutes, a guy showed up, and the car was parked outside the entrance. He quickly handled the paperwork and inspected the car, everything went smoothly. On the night of October 2nd, we returned the car to the same spot and called the company after parking. We dropped the keys into the company's key box at the train station. It's been 10 days, and we haven’t received any extra charges.
Rented a car from Avis in Rovaniemi. We chose to fly into Rovaniemi and take the night train out. Initially considered picking up the car at the airport and returning it at the train station, but the cost was much higher. Fortunately, our Airbnb host offered to pick us up from the train station, so we decided to pick up and return the car there. After settling in the Airbnb, we took a taxi to the train station at 6 PM. There was no car rental counter in the train station, just a key drop box. The taxi driver called the car rental office using the number on the box and found out that the office was right where we got into the taxi... The driver took us to the office, but no one was there. We contacted QEEQ, and they quickly connected us with a rental company employee who was waiting for us at the train station. We just didn’t know at the time. After waiting at the office, the rental company employee arrived, and we completed the paperwork. Then they drove us back to the train station to pick up the car. The distance wasn't too far, and the pickup process was relatively smooth.

About Hertz:2.0/10
The company secretly added extra insurance charges without informing the customer. They used chat and credit card issues to distract the customer and trick them into signing the contract. This is a deceitful company!

About AVIS:8.0/10
I chose a rental location from the QEEQ map that was supposedly only 600 meters away from Helsinki Central Station, but the actual address was 6.3 kilometers away. QEEQ should correct this to avoid misunderstandings. I had to call Avis to arrange for the car to be relocated to a branch almost one kilometer away from the station (since Avis only has this branch near the Helsinki station, and it’s not 600 meters away). We dragged our luggage to the branch, where the staff warmly welcomed us and upgraded our car to an automatic transmission for free.
Very dissatisfied. When I arrived at the AVIS counter at the airport, there was no one there. I waited for half an hour and called the company, but they said they couldn't find my reservation. After multiple attempts and with the help of airport staff and other car rental companies, I managed to contact AVIS again. They finally agreed to send someone. After more than an hour of waiting, an employee came to assist me with the car pickup without any apology or explanation. This was really infuriating!
Dislike: By mistake I have reserved the car for 10:30 PM and I came earlier 11:00 AM
Finnrent charge me for additions 41 Euro. This first time that a rental car charge me because of it.
Like: Very nice car Dislike: Two things.
First: I live in Finland and I have a cottage in Estonia. Why I must change car when I go to my cottage ?
I thought Europecar is a real EU car. I see no risk espasially when I did order a non expensive car.
Second: I always order my car before I come to Finland thruough internet. Why you use the currency of the country where I am ? I always loose currency change money if I need to change my reservation.

Pretty good, but picking up the car after business hours requires an extra fee of over 30 euros. The location where we picked up the car operates until 8 PM, and after this time, you need to go to the regular pick-up counter. Although the counters are very close to each other, it can be hard to find without specific instructions. We found it by accident. Of course, you could probably find out by calling the rental company.
The service is quite different from the current car rental industry in China, and some people might find it hard to accept. It is recommended to add Chinese-language services if the renter is Chinese.
My flight was delayed and I didn't arrive until 11:30 PM. To my surprise, Hertz still had staff available. After presenting my name and driver's license, and due to the fact that my reserved V40 was unavailable, they upgraded me to a BMW 520 for free. I was able to rent the car in less than five minutes. Very satisfied.
The flight was delayed, and there were no staff at the office when I arrived. After calling them, I had to wait for over ten minutes for someone to show up. I rented an SUV, but the rental company gave me a V60 wagon instead. The rental company was very poor.
