Great experience. We realized that our four 24-inch suitcases wouldn't fit in the originally booked car, so they upgraded us to a Volvo for free. It's very fuel-efficient, with Dutch fuel costing €2.33 per liter! Driving was easy and the car, with only 1500 kilometers, was practically new. Hence, no need to buy an eco-friendly certificate when going to Belgium.
Easy to find, and the service attitude is good. They only briefly suggested purchasing full insurance without much upselling, making the rental process smooth.
My car rental experience with the QEEQ platform was fantastic. As soon as I landed, I received a message with directions for picking up the car and a list of required documents. It was easy to find the car rental company. On the return day, I also received return instructions, and the return process was very convenient.
Booked a car from Budget, but at the location, Budget and Avis share the same counter. The car we got had the Avis logo. It was actually a hybrid Toyota Yaris, very new with only 2,000 kilometers on it and fuel-efficient.
