The staff is attentive. However I booked for Bezza but given Saga. I have paid higher rate for Bezza actually. But being told that they gave the same range vehicle. It doesn't make sense to me after second thought.

Car was filthy. Counter guy was MIA.
Car advertised or “similar “ we got similar and wasn’t as good as advertised car. Would not use again
On a better note drop off staff were much more efficient
They were expecting me at that timeslot to pick up the vehicle with the documents and car prepared. Great service.
