Because the order didn't show up on the car rental website, the rental company didn't remind us to cancel. After communicating, they only refunded one day's fee. The appeal process was not effective. Although it's not much money, the experience was not good. Hope it can be improved!
The condition of the car asthetically was bad. Scratches and dings around the car. Booked a Toyota kluger but ended with a Nissan Pathfinder which was dated and old.
