Everything was fine and efficient. Only problem is the amount of information you are bombarded with at the hire desk.
We made the mistake of paying for fuel in advance instead of filling up ourselves on return of the vehicle. We were told there was a large difference in fuel prices between Alberta and BC, but this was not so.

The platform worked well and provided very competitive car hire rates.
The car was in excellent condition, almost new with only 6000 kilometers. We originally booked a Camry, but it was upgraded to a business class vehicle for free.
The wait time at pick up was too long. The competitor cleared the line whilst only two customers were dealt with by Herrz.
The car condition was not as originally noted, but was rectified when brought to the attention of staff. We were 45 minutes later than planned leaving the Hire car park.
The drop off process was very quick and seamless.
The car was very comfortable and perfect for our trip.
Staff were friendly and polite.

Once booking made, however, I continued to see recommendations for my booked dates on the app.
