Very satisfied.

The vehicle was excellent, the air conditioning worked well, and it was clean with no odors.

The service was quite good. There was an incorrect address on the navigation, and the staff continuously helped me locate it. Very responsible.

Car was a serious disappointment, old and very scratched up, smelled really bad of urine

There were too many existing scratches that is impossible to go through during pickup process. The car need serious polishing which would buff out all the scratches to let the customer a fresh car to start with. Return was misleading where during pickup was told to return to where we pick up the car. But on the day of return, it's a different area.
