When I suddenly realized that I didn't bring my driver's license from home, I was glad I had arranged for a notarized copy beforehand, as advised. The staff was responsible and called the manager to verify my documents, while reminding us to drive carefully. The car we reserved wasn't available, but we got an upgrade for an additional fee. Overall, the process was quite satisfactory. Returning the car was quick.

The car pickup location is convenient, and the staff were very patient. It only took me 10 minutes to pick up the car. When returning the car, I was in a hurry and slightly overfilled the gas tank. After I explained, they were very understanding and told me it was okay and I didn't need to pay extra. I was very touched, and the return process only took 6 minutes. The car was a local brand, had 40,000 kilometers on it, and was in good condition. Filling the tank cost about 65 CAD. The trunk was very spacious; we fit one size 28, two size 24, and one children's suitcase perfectly. I will consider this company for future self-driving trips.
