Quick, easy and great Value

Car got substituted to a Kia Rio (hatchback rather than saloon). We had two large luggage. Managed to fit one plus our backpacks in the boot and the other in the back seat. Customer service was excellent and drop-off was super easy.

Great customer service. Quick to respond. However, they might want to consider stating that their excess coverage is through their own provider rather than the rental company. We were slightly confused when the rental company asked if we wanted additional coverage.

Price Drop protector was disappointing @$5.00 just a day prior to pick up .

I booked a toyota corolla class but got a hyundai accent instead. It was just a basic car with no front and rear sensors and no other fancy features. Brakes were a bit worn out, and it showed when going downhill where hard braking will cause the brake paddle to shake. Otherwise, car was clean and a joy to drive, with minor cosmetic damages

Insurance policy listed on the website did not match

Car condition was a bit sub standard, annoying and loud noises while driving (nothing mechanical or unsafe), flapping loose panel.

The booking they had was in the wrong name (incorrect first name, correct surname) which was strange and added time to the pick-up.
