The drop off location is extremely confusing, no signage & quite a walk from the airport. The staff were leaving the carpark as I arraived, so I had to hand them the keys & find my way back to the airport. a little confusing as you have to go down a side street that has no mention that that is the way to the terminal

Car got substituted to a Kia Rio (hatchback rather than saloon). We had two large luggage. Managed to fit one plus our backpacks in the boot and the other in the back seat. Customer service was excellent and drop-off was super easy.

Great customer service. Quick to respond. However, they might want to consider stating that their excess coverage is through their own provider rather than the rental company. We were slightly confused when the rental company asked if we wanted additional coverage.

“Not happy”

Didn't get a damage report or rental agreement as only 1 person looking after 10, 45 min wait. Car had no guts going up hills for tassie cond. Had lights on high beam didn't know, then when took of I light didn't work.
