A good hybrid with low gasoline consumption.

Initially they gave me a Kia K5, but after a long discussion, they provided a Nissan Altima. However, the car was quite old, and the seats were very dirty, which is a major downside. I am quite detail-oriented, and this experience was much worse than renting a car domestically.

Issues with the vehicle were unresolved.

The pickup process took too long. The previously selected model was unavailable, and I was persuaded to choose another model, costing me three times more!

Initial vehicle was smelly and noisy. Replacement was clean, and drove well. Staff very helpful.

Easy booking through internet site. Pick-up at Hertz was straight forward.
