Like: We were offered a choice of vehicle from several in our rental class, opting for a Hyundai Elantra which suited our party for size and economy. The car was clean and ready to go. Dislike: No complaints.
I reserved a Nissan Versa, but they gave me a Kia Rio at the store. The difference is quite significant; I couldn't fit all my luggage and had to pay an additional $80 for an upgrade. Not very satisfied!
An excellent car rental company, with very considerate service that promptly resolved my issues, ensuring a smooth trip to the USA. I will choose Alemo again next time.
They were helpfull and quick. CAR in good condition, but we needed to upgrade because our car was according to them to small. Also the car you want in never there....
