I've rented cars abroad numerous times, and this was the least friendly front desk I've encountered. The staff was cold and never smiled, constantly trying to get me to buy their insurance. After refusing, they became even more impatient and uninterested.
Great experience. First time renting a car and the staff finished everything within 15 minutes. The car was in excellent condition! Will rent again this week!
They'll try to sell you additional insurances, upgrades, fuel.
Refuse if you don't need any and you'll get good value for money.
