The car pick-up process was very quick. The vehicle was provided with a full tank and cleaned. I received a car with just over six thousand kilometers on it, almost brand new. Overall, I am very satisfied and will use this company again next time.

The rental company promised Chinese language support, so I didn't purchase the Chinese service from the car rental platform. However, it was useless because neither side's English was good enough. The car transferred to me was a Mitsubishi and a diesel, which I only discovered the next day. But the car was very new and easy to drive.

The staff was arrogant and there was no Chinese service. They had a bad attitude when asking for compensation for a tire issue. The car type was changed without prior notice. Reminder: take photos and videos when picking up the car to check everything clearly.

Before going, I made a reservation with Chinese service, but upon arrival, there was no Chinese receptionist available. They added me on WeChat and said I could contact them via phone or WeChat if I had any problems during my trip. Throughout the entire journey, everything went smoothly. On the night before returning the car, I tried to contact them via WeChat (voice and text) and phone, but only received responses in Thai, which I couldn't understand, failing to get through. This was very unsatisfactory. I then called the 24-hour service hotline, using my basic English skills to inquire about the car return procedure, only to be told that they couldn't find our rental ID. In the end, I drove back to the original pickup location to return the car myself. The 30 bucks spent on the Chinese service felt like a waste; it’s better to save more and improve your English skills. A follow-up call from the staff blamed the situation on the Chinese consultant being on leave, which I found laughable!
