Thrifty tried to give me a larger car to compensate but there was no way I wanted to drive a larger car in Melbourne - a place I didn't know. I booked the Ford Focus Cabrio as a special treat for my daughter and the Kia Rio wasn't the same. The other car offered was a Suzuki Swift.

There was no one at the airport counter; I had to go to the building opposite to pick up the car. The staff confirming the order was not very familiar with the business, so it took a bit long, but everything else was good.
