“Great vehicle and good drive experience. Counter staff was extremely helpful and patient.”

We were informed of changes to our booked vehicle 3 to 4 days before our arrival. Luckily the counter staff managed to explain to us what exactly happened and continued to allow us to have the original booking.

Booking was easy but it would be great if the add on fees on the excess and insurance could be stated earlier instead over the counter decision.
