Time spent on pick up took about 20mins because there were a small group of people came before us, but when we drop-off the car, it was just about 10-15mins to settle everything.
Plus point: Gas station is just right beside. And we were so lucky that this is a brand new car! :-)
Indeed very poor service, there appears to be racial discrimination. The attitude towards white and Asian customers is completely different.
