Nobody showed up to pick us up

Little upset was taken to the parking lot for pick up never tokd to call but after it was good ladies in the office did excellent and omar was very courteous

No one was present and I had to use the neighboring company to get a hold of the car rental place. I was nearly late to my flight so I would advise anyone using them to call ahead to ensure they will be there, although they said someone would be.

The worst car rental company ever, the staff are really rude , unfriendly and horrible customer service skills.

Because of the location, car wasn't washed but this is nitpicking. Liked overall experience. Pop has very helpful and professional staff. Much better experience than what I had with another company which used the same facility previously and which has gone out of business.

Pop cars make me wait around 2hours, they created contract and make me signed for three times before Giving vehicle, pathetic service , they say to give 2hours time if we want airport drop of service. Almost worst custservice
