I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH FOX IN SAN JOSE 2 WEEKS EARIER. THIS TIME THERE WERE A NUMBER OF ISSUES 1) IT TOOK 30 MINUTES FOR THE SHUTTLE TO TURN UP FROM LAX 2) THERE WAS A 20 MINUTE WAIT IN THE QUEUE AT FOX 3) THERE WERE NO MIDSIZED SUVS AVAILABLE WHEN I WENT TO SELECT A CAR SO I WAS GIVEN A VERY LARGE JEEP WHICH I FOUND VERY CUMBERSON TO MANOUVRE AND DRIVE. 4) I WAS QUOTED $105? PLUS PETROL @ AROUND $5 PER GALLON. I FELT I WAS RIPPED OFF WHEN CHARGED $150 IN THE END AS THE FUEL GUAGE WAS JUST UNDER FULL!

Friendly staff but checking out and in process could be clearer and less steps! Happy with our upgrade.

I arrived at Thrifty around 9pm on Friday and didn't receive my vehicle until after 2 am Saturday morning. I had booked a pickup due to all the large luggage we would be returning with but received a Ford Explorer instead. I will have to return to California to pickup more luggage we had to leave behind as a result of not getting the pickup we had booked. The staff did not provide any details on why it took so long other than to tell us they were operating with a skeleton crew. On a busy Friday night??!! Further when we called to ask if we could swap out the Ford Explorer we were told there was one in Santa Barbara, 60 miles from our location but as it turned out, that Thrifty location no longer existed.

All was clear and smooth. The added insurance package was better the counter through Thrifty than the one on line AXA

Booking platform is very good. One con to mention. When I wanted to extend the rent and wrote an email to qeeq, it took them too long to respond. That’s why I put 9 and not 10.

Pick up was horrible with a 1.5 hour wait. Drop off was just the opposite with nearly no wait, including the convenient shuttle bus.

Car was switched at the last minute, but we were very happy with replacement. Slow pick up, warp speed drop off. A hood company to rent from.

Although I have paid $126.66 for insurance, Hertz charged me $130,80 for LIS (liability insurance) Could you please reimburse me for this double charge?

The pick up was quick and easy and also the drop off. Nice staff. Budget tried to offer me their full coverage for extra money although i had the AXA full coverage, they shouldn't.

Fair price , easy process, good control due to good app. absolutely recommended!

The car collection was terrible with very off hand designator who told us our car either this or that and no other choice. car had dents and scratches which he was off hand about Also the car had no oil and a warning light came on and I had to put 4 litres of oil in the engine. Buick Envision car - avoid !!

Quando cheguei lá para retirar o carro eles me cobraram todas as taxas eu disse que ja estavam pagas e mostrei o aplicativo e eles verificaram que realmente já estava pago porém na entrega do veículo me cobraram. A moça que me atendeu teve muita dificuldade de ver que as taxas já estavam pagas.

Me cobraron muchos cargos extras cuando me entregaron el coche. La verdad solamente porque ya era tarde y no quería perder más tiempo. Pero si no la verdad NO LO HUBIERA RENTADO.

The initial car was not as good as expected - it had a few minor dents, some scratches and marks on the outside. The cabin and interior was however clean and the vehicle drove well. There was a bit of wait- time at the location due to customer volume. However, the staff were courteous and helpful. The uploaded pictures show the first vehicle and the second one we changed.

It was a great booking platform. I did have initial concerns of the authenticity and integrity of the platform, but it all worked out very well. The option I chose included all the relevant insurance coverage as well as local costs for rental in California. This made the booking so much more convenient and I did not have to pay any extra fees. I was however billed an extra $23 for what was described as 'non-pkg' costs. These costs were not detailed in the final statement. QEEQ is really a good booking platform which I will definitely use for future travels.

The queue was quite long and the communication was quite vague, was not informed about a deposit until at the check in desk

At LAX arrivals, we took our bag and proceeded to the curb to take the Free shuttle as mentioned in the booking instructions. A quick ride to the Car Rental location where we were helped by the counter staff in a friendly manner, took the car and went on our way. The drop off was great only 1 minute and directly to the shuttle transfer to departure. Smooth experience.
