1) Encountered some issues on the road and called for assistance but didn't receive any help. 2) Returned the car just one hour later than the scheduled time, yet in addition to being charged an extra day's rental, a penalty fee was also imposed. I find this charging policy to be very unreasonable.
The car was quite old and worn out, usually you get better quality from AVIS. Noises coming from the gearbox, brakes but in the end it did its job. I had to point out damages before departure as they were not marked. Staff was nice.
