There were quite a few staff when we picked up the car at Punta Arenas airport, but none of them were professional. The process was very slow, despite the previous booking. After finishing the paperwork, we had to wait for another 15 minutes before the car arrived.
The opposite was experienced during the drop-off. The guy was quick and efficient.
It's very convenient. Right after picking up the luggage, I saw the counter, and the car was just outside the airport, very close.
