Long wait at the front desk for paperwork. During car pickup, we had to sign on their mobile device with all documents in Korean. Later, they sent a PDF of the signed documents to my WeChat upon request. There was no staff accompanying us for the car inspection or exchange process, nor were we reminded to queue for the airport shuttle.

I tried to get help from TAMRA helpline as I encountered some problem with the car. The person showed his impatience and replied me rudely and he didnt even make effort to help me with my problem.
