About Car Rental Okinawa:10.0/10
Typical okinawan/ Japanese service. Very efficient and courteous. I stayed in touch with them on LINE messenger and they picked us up from the airport swiftly. Took us to the car. Checked documents and away we went. The Honda FIT is a great car, very economical and compact but surprisingly big inside.
I would definitely recommend these and I will be using them again.
The deal clincher for me was the no deposit. I don't use credit cards abroad.
Clear instruction, communication via Watsapp in English; Chinese.
Appreciate special arrangement to pick up car @ airport on arrival due to arrival delay till 8pm.
Car and staff were awsome, however, you are required to go to one of their gas stations to fill up or top off before you drop off the car and bring a receipt as proof. Theory is great except forien travelers be warned you will have to have yen to top off the tank they dont take any forien cards (not even debit or military ones). Staff and experience was great just make sure to set some yen aside for the end.
We have to wait around 30 min till service van come and wait till the other family come.
The car has scratches all round the car.
When we return the staff didn’t use service car to sent us to airport. He ask us to sit together (5 people) ask my son to sit on my lab and the luggage on my wife lab too. We refused so he bring the van to sent us to airport as standard. Not even say sorry.
Very pool services
I enjoyed dealing with them, I wasn’t sure what to expect since it was my first time renting thru the company. I usually get my rental from known companies such as hertz, budget, etc... they definitely exceeded my expectation.
