Pésimo!! Me están cobrando en mi tarjeta de crédito estanque lleno, y lo devolví medio!! Estoy muy molesta!! Porque se aprovechan y abusan estando uno lejos!! Además aún no me hacen la devolucion de los 150 us!! Horribles, pésimo!! No lo recomendaría nunca!! No volveré icn ustedes a rentar.

“Terrible experiance with Advantage Rent a Car”

Despite booking with Europecar via Easyrentcars.com car was provided by Advantage and it was overall terrible experience. First, desk agent refused to add my spouse to rental for free and requested 13$ per day for it. In Nevada spouse can drive hired car for free and it was offered to me by another companies without any problems before. There were also restrictions on driving cars to certain states - this wasn't mentioned during booking process. First car offered to me was dirty and had broken, loose bumper. Second had unbearable smell of Marihuana. I refused to take any of them and finally accepted third car. Dealing with person who swapped these cars (not desk agent) was only positive part entire car hire process. I will never use Advantage for hiring car in the future.

The car was not well wheel balance at 65 mph the wheel have a lot of vibration . The car did not have water to clean the windshield The only Key control had low battery difficulty to lock the car at some moments.

“Very happy overall; gladly use again in spite long pickup time”

Like: All staff I interacted with were affable and generous. I felt well informed and well taken care of. What I appreciated was understanding why things were taking so long: the staff focussed on the customer care and went into detail when answering questions and helping customers make the right choices. I was happy with the way that Geneva handled my query; I felt like I was the only customer in the room -- unrushed and highly valued.
Dislike: I had not anticipated close to 1.5 hours from queue to driving off with the car. If I had known this, I would have built this into my schedule and my 7 year old daughter was tired from flying and very fed up. Moreover it had a knock on-effect on my next appointment to collect a key from the air bnb accommodation contact, so I had a lot of apologising to do.
