As always, a very good service at Europcar. The only detail: this time the car was scratched on a lot of places, but that did not interfere with the vehicle's conditions so everything went smooth :-)

no price drop: I guess we had a very interesting rate because when I checked again 2 weeks, 1 week and a few days prior to our car rental, prices did only go up (and quite a lot)

The staff service was great, but for some reason, when we arrived at the store, they told us they didn't have the model we reserved and had to get it from another branch. As a result, we waited for an hour and a half.
