Excellent service from Stephan at the check-in desk but he was on his own. There were 3 groups in front of us so the check in took 20-25 mins before we were seen. However, the rest of the experience with Avis was excellent.
The staff patiently explained that the booked car was unavailable and sincerely apologized while providing a Peugeot 3008 as a replacement.
