They don't appear to offer free upgrades, but they try to sell paid upgrades, which you can decline if you don't want. Make sure to thoroughly check the car and take photos of any scratches and confirm them with the store. This is very important because even if the car has scratches, they might not be listed on the slip, and you won’t have proof if you overlook them. The car interiors were very clean, which was good. Additionally, the car's performance was excellent, and the vehicles were relatively new.
